The collection of artist maps exhibits a selection of original maps that provide different interpretations of the urban space, and life in the city. These maps were created by the artists in Beita’s residency program. New maps will be added every season. We invite you to browse between the different maps, and within each map by placing the curser on the image.
About the map:
An archive photograph from 1935. At the heart of the photo is the Seidoff building with its large internal courtyard, 24 years after it was built (look for the pink circle). Jaffa street stretches across the photo on a diagonal and above it the Makor Baruch neighbourhood with its low houses with red rooftops.
